Nichole Henderson


Nichole Henderson is the founder and owner of Victorious Beginnings, a private therapy practice and behavioral center offering specialized faith based therapy and wellness. It is her mission to grow a community of clients committed to achieving clarity and confidence in facing life’s challenges and successes by offering specialized faith-based therapy and wellness designed to strengthen and build an everyday identity that is “Victorious”.

Ms. Henderson is also part owner of JNC Reflections Ranch Counseling Center located in Las Vegas, Nevada, which provides equine assisted psychotherapy that gives hope and healing to individuals and families through counseling and spiritual direction.

Nichole volunteers at her church as a committed Christian Counselor and counseling Supervisor. Nichole is an influential believer who will offer her hand to pull you up when everyone else chooses to walk on by. She offers professional, down-to-earth and discerning therapy that will identify your trials and tribulations, while revealing to you tools to repair the trouble spots in your world with the highest degree of integrity.

Nichole’s memberships include: National Coalition of 100 Black Women or NCBW (which advocates on behalf of women of color through national and local actions, as well as through strategic alliances that promote its national and international agendas on leadership development and on gender equity in health, education and economic development); American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC); American Association of Marriage and Family Therapist (AAMFT); and The Equine Assisted Growth & Learning Association (EAGLA)

Ms. Henderson obtained her business degree in 2002 and her Marriage and Family Child Therapist degree in 2010 from The University of Phoenix, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Nichole has been a resident since 1992. She is a devoted mother to her daughter Jasmine Henderson, a Licensed Marriage Family and Child Therapist-Intern, a business leader and a lifelong student with a passion for excellence and to serve God and others, as well as to live a full, deep and Victorious life.
