In two short years, Kendall Tenney has built a highly reputable communications firm in Las Vegas, specializing in public relations, media training and video news stories.
A four-time Emmy award winner, Kendall brings 20 years of broadcast news experience to 10e PR. He anchored the #1, 6pm newscasts for more than a decade in Las Vegas, during
which time he focused his reporting heavily on issues affecting children in southern Nevada.
Mr. Tenney is also a two-time winner of the prestigious “Edward R. Murrow Award;” a two-time recipient of the “National Education Writers Award;” and winner of more than a dozen “Electronic Media Awards.” Additionally, he was selected as the reader’s choice winner for Las Vegas’ favorite anchor in City Life and Las Vegas Weekly, and was named one of the Nevada Cancer Institute’s illustrious, “Vegas Dozen.”
A community activist and longtime charity supporter, he has been intricately involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of southern Nevada for more than 11 years, where he currently serves as the chairman of the board. In 2001, he founded the 5K Run for a Wish, hosted by Kendall Tenney, the chapter’s largest, longest running, and most successful fundraiser.
Mr. Tenney was born in Dallas, Texas, as one of five sons. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University and loves the Cougars; Dallas Cowboys;
Texas Rangers; and any team or band that one of his five children is playing for at any given time.
