Adam Paul Laxalt, elected as Nevada’s 33rd Attorney General, took office on January 5, 2015, making him the youngest in the country. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University and also graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Laxalt is a former Lieutenant and Judge Advocate General in the United States Navy. While in the Navy, he volunteered to serve in a combat zone in Iraq and assisted with the detention and prosecution of thousands of war criminals and terrorists.
